I placed for an order for a birthday cake on *rd of October, **** through this website with Order ID - ********* but my order was never delivered and they informed me only at night when my order was about to be delivered that they cannot deliver the order because they still don't have service in that area. They shouldn't have taken my order online when they still don't have service in that region.
When I asked about the refund for the money of Rs. *** which I paid for the order. They informed me that it will be refunded within * working days but still it hasn't been refunded till date. It has been more than ** days since I placed the order. They have sent me a coupon code to redeem my *** Rs. through the same website. But, I don't want to buy from that website again. I highly think that it's a fake website and since they never answer any calls on their customer service support. So, please ask them to refund my money in the same bank account from which it was deducted. I want the refund of my Rs. *** in the same bank account from which it was deducted.
