I have made an order on meesho app on **.**.****, after a day on **.**.**** i cancelled the order through the app itself.But unfortunately the order was already dispatched,when the delivery agent came to deliver the order we did not accept the order as we had already cancelled it on the app.The status visible to us on app showed to be return initiated but I did not receive any refund even after ** days.So at the **th day i called up the customer service to check the status, they refused to accept my complaint and denied to provide the refund as the complaint was made after ** hours.Kindly assist .
