Myntra India - Product Nor Delivered

Hi,
I had ordered some products from Myntra on *nd October, some of the items of worth ****, are not delivered to me, but are marked as delivered on *th of October.
I raised a complaint with Myntra on **th, regarding not receiving the product and delivery status marked as delivered. Myntra was supposed to provide a resolution (Either Product or Refund )within * working days. But today i got a mail from Myntra with a image which shows it is delivered and sign of customer (which is neither mine or anyone from my family who stay at the delivery address).
Even after raising a complaint and it is more than * days, Myntra has not taken any action of providing a resolution to a customer. I need the refund from Myntra, as i have not received the product, and neither i have signed the delivery.
