NADHIYA MB filed complaint against Ez Mall on Aug 27, 2019
I have ordered * products from ezmall.com website on *nd Aug **** and paid Rs. ****/- including shipping charges for the products mentioned below. Pick Any * Kurta-Bottom Set Color - Sky Blue Size – L Pick Any * Kurta-Bottom Set Color - Navy Blue Size - L Pack of * Women Denim Size – ** One parcel Pack of * Women Denim Size -** got it on *th Aug and the other delivery of * products delivery was scheduled on *th Aug. I got one parcel on *th Aug in that invoice * products were mentioned. When I opened the same in that only one product was available (Pick Any * Kurta-Bottom Set Color - Sky Blue Size – L) another product of Pick Any * Kurta-Bottom Set Color - Navy Blue Size - L was missing. Immediately I called the customer care the same day and informed about it. The ezmall team informed that they will verify and call back in ** hours. Next day I got few calls from the courier team enquiring about the same. I have clearly informed them that its not the delivery issue it’s the vendor issue who forgot to pack the product inside the courier because when I received the product the parcel was not damaged. It was intact and no were opened. Next day I called the customer care again and asked the status they asked another ** hours time to resolve the issue but no one reverted after that. Again I called them after * days again I got the same answer ** hours someone from customer care will call back. Today again I called to the customer care telling the story once more, much to my shock they are blaming me that they have delivered the product and I am lying. This is so unprofessional that when they can't find out the solution. They are putting the blame on customer itself. I asked to connect with some superior to talk he put my call on hold for * min and said no one is available now and he will arrange a call in * hours time. * hours passed now none of them called. I have already bought a few products from their website a few times never had any issue. Now when the issue raised I came to know the real face of this company. Pathetic service with no value for customers. If I have to say lie I might have told I have not received all * products, why should I be honest? It's my hard-earned money which the company is trying to gulp it. I have paid Rs. ***/- for that product which I need back. I am fed up of the follow-up calls, no one is responding properly from ezmall team. There is no value for customer grievances and they are not trying to help us, instead of putting the blame on customers only. I need an immediate resolution and need a refund of my money.
