Ez mall - Received a defective product after 3 months

I had ordered walnuts in the month of march,Due to covid the order was delivered on may *th. When I opened the box the walnuts were black in color and a very bad smell.i raised a complaint to refund my money on *th may **** but till now ez mall is not at all responding .
