I got the product from Flipkart but when I got that product I was having faulty unlock system, immediately I raised the request to get a refund or replace the product. Then they have assigned an engineer to check the product but the assigned engineer did not call me or tried to reach me out. I got the message like the engineer is not able to reach me out. I again called Flipkart team saying the scenario again they did the same.
Almost * to * times I emailed or called Flipkart team now they are saying the seller is not able to fulfil my request because it's out of warranty period. Please help me out from this situation. I have only one concern if I paid for a new mobile phone why I will go for the repaired one.
