Dear Sir/Madam,
It's a shame that I still have to wait for a response from your end, even after several days of complaint. As an end customer, I realize the significantly dead response from Lenovo for its customers. Not even a single confirmation mail has been received till date, REGARDING PROGRESS OF ONGOING ISSUE VIA TICKET NO: **********. The cheap quality products with no customer support determines the brand value of Lenovo systems. It has been a great mistake at my end to show trust upon Lenovo products. I am definitely confirmed not to commit this horrible mistake of purchasing Lenovo products ever again. I will surely inspire my friend circle, not to commit this mistake ever in their life.
As per the current scenario, I have no option than to go for a police complaint upon the purchased Lenovo system. I definitely assume this to be a SECOND HAND system, sold in the name of a brand new laptop. My only hope for avoiding this messy situation was a complete replacement of Laptop. This has also died during this waiting hours. I will definitely not sit quite to this "no-support-lenovo-care" protocol.
HOPE THIS MAIL OPENS THE EYES OF LENOVO'S SENIOR OFFFICIALS TO THE CALL OF IT'S "SO CALLED CUSTOMERS".
