Purchased PANASONIC UHD LED Model
TH**FX***D in the month of Dec. ****.
WIthin *-* months it started black spots on the display panel. Replaced display panel with the help of service center team with the confirmation that there was problem with panel itself. After replacement started giving the same problem. Tried reaching the team again but we have been ignored since * months saying that will replace the display panel.Although tried reaching the team but no positive response. Product purchased is in warranty and we don't want to face problems due to warranty issues. Need serious attention and no more replacement of the display panel. Seems the product delivered is faulty. So we need either product replacement or completed refund along with the compensation with respect to harassment faced.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
