I own a Panasonic double door refrigerator which I bought in the year ****.
On **** the compressor was damaged because of which I lodged a complaint to the Panasonic service center to get the compressor replaced since they promised a ** year warranty on the compressor.
But everytime I lodge a complain, they have been cancelling my request citing non availability of customer/ inability to reach out to the customer.
Because of which I have suffered tremendous as I run a restaurant business. My food and other articles have been damaged.
I also had to buy a new refrigerator since they did not fix the existing one.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
