I bought amberville harleston *+*+* seater sofa for ***** odd rupees. Order id is *********. Received same on October **th. * seater sofa got damaged on arrival itself. I am yet to receive replacement for same. Meanwhile * seater sofa got damaged on **th November with less than * month of usage. When I informed to customer care they told since merchant denied they can't provide me any refund. It was supposed to be of sheesham wood but god knows what they have provided me with.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
