Redtape shoe - Product damaged after single use

I bought REDTAPE Athleisure Blue shoes at a price of ₹**** on ** January **** from an authorized showroom. The shoes were kept in the box as such for over a month. Later, after wearing the shoes for the very first time, the mesh material started tearing up, causing cuts all over the mesh material. I am highly disappointed with the purchase and it's been a wastage of my hard earned money. I am never going to trust REDTAPE, it has caused harrasment.
