I have purchased a pair of shoes from the official website of Redtape shoes on **/**/**** and i received the product on **/**/**** but as i tried the product that was not comfortable so i raised an exchange complaint on the same date **/**/**** and product got picked up on **/**/****. when i have not received any update from their side then i emailed them but still they have not responded and on **/**/**** i emailed again and then i received a response from them that they received product on **/**/**** so after quality check they will deliver my product that will take ** hours. but today is **/**/**** and still no response from their side. So i just want if they are not able to give me that purchased product then at least return my money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
