I have purchased a new Samsung *** LTR refrigerator and a Firebolt smartwatch from Flipkart.
The refrigerator had dents while received in the delivery so I have not accepted and returned it back because of the open box delivery service.
I accepted the watch as there was no damage but when I see and use the functions, there are too many issues in the software and it's function. I placed the returned requested but they have not returned yet.
When I called customer care they are disconnecting the calls and not providing any answer.
I logged the consumer forum complaint on the website but they have closed without giving a resolution.
They refunded the actual cost of the refrigerator but refunded the processing fee and other charges.
My EMI is still running on the whole amount as the seller has not settled the complete amount because the watch is not returned yet.
Please help as they guys are financially and mentally harassing me.
