I have purchased a new classic *** BS* from Karachiwala Automobile Ahmednager Maharshtra the bike was having the issue of madguard from the DOP which was not at center it was at left side . On ** August morning when I went to showroom to tell them please replace this madguard so they told me that we have a solution so they used a bamboo stick to shift the madguard which made my madguard side rod bend . So I got disappointed and they told me that without this method you can't solve this issue which made me feel so bad .
After some day I observed that my bike was pulling towards right and there was oil leakage issue in my new bike . So I thought that my bike has run already *** km so I thought after *** km I will go to service center for first service where I will resolve this issue . After *** when I went there and told about this issue they told me oil leakage is normal actually that is not oil and it has gas which is coming from joint and make me fool for right side pulling they resolved by doing jugad i.e done wrong setting with right suspension ( tight ) which made me feel uncomfortable while riding so after few days I saw that they have just made jugad by doing wrong suspension setting so I went to another Royal Enfield service center so they told me that the adjustment was in this situation your suspension would got damaged . So after doing the adjustment properly I took a test rid and bike was going towards right side so the service center ignore the issue by telling that ki sir ye apka bharam hoga . After that I went several times to service center but they used to ignore me and I have to wait for long . So after complaining so many times in royal Enfield they called Engineer . The engineer told me that the madguard problem resolution which they provide was wrong and it have different adjustment and engineer resolved the issue of right pull around ** % and told me that you have have to open your engine so I told him that my bike is new one how can I allow to open so I told the engineer I will not open this and from that day I feel that I don't want this bike . My bike handle was not proper it was bend so I asked engineer to change it so he told me there is a difference but according to company norms we can't replace . So I told company as I was not at all satisfied with service and the temporary solution given by them . I got so depressed a lot and broke my mobile and home appliances , so asked the company to provide me refund as I don't want to argue any one anymore. Now facing same issues and yesterday I got to know that my rear rim is also bend and right pulling issue is also there .
From last * months felling regret and I fail my competitive exam as I could not focus .
