महोदय,
प्रार्थी ने h p कंपनी से मॉडल नंबर **** डेस्क जेट प्रिंटर
दिनांक **-**-**** को shiney e-park pvt. ltd.
अम्बेडकर रोड गाजियाबाद के माध्यम से ख़रीदा(बिल की छाया प्रति संलग्न है )
जो की लगभग *-* माह चलने के उपरान्त ख़राब हो गया |
costumer care पर बार-बार शिकायत दर्ज कराई गयी |
परन्तु समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ |
company इंजीनियर के द्वारा खुद ही शिकायत समाधान विवरण पत्र हस्ताक्षर कर के company को रिपोर्ट भेज दी |
अब एक साल पूरा होने का बहाना बनाकर ठीक करने से मना
कर रहे हैं|
अत: आपसे निवेदन है कि उचित कार्यवाही करके उपभोगता को न्याय दिलाने की कृपा करें |
