Dear sir,
I am customer of HDFC bank from last * years and i am using credit card of hdfc bank from last * years, an I m paying my dues on time but due to some financial issues from last year's payment delay afte the due date and from December due to job loss I am unable to pay the emi and for that i many times approach to support team and greaviance team of hdfc for support but i have not received any positive response from them apart from that there recovery person continues call on my mobile on ** times in single day and put pressure for payment and one of the recovery agent has reached out my old office to take my information for payments
Sir i have genuine financial issues and job issues with me once I get the job i will clear the dues till the time please help me and get the proper solution in this situation
