I have been trying to get my number converted to prepaid from postpaid from **th April ****. Visited store twice to raise the request from past **days, everytime I visit store they take some unbilled amount and say it will be done in *-* days. I even escalated the matter to mah.appelite department. They made me overpay till **** and still every time I get call from different person on my mails and they again say will be done in **hrs and same loop again and telling me to visit store.
I have there messages that my account in in -**** but still latest they are asking to visit and pay unbilled and raise a request again.
