Airtel Customer filed complaint against Airtel Bharti Company on Nov 5, 2019
I paid bill of *** in sept, but still airtel is claiming that they have not recived the amount. I contacted my bank and biller. I have provided them the transaction Id.The amount has been successfully processed from thier end. Now my outgoing an incoming services are stopped. Airtel customer care people dont know how to resolve the complaints they just have the process to mark the complaint as resolve after * days whether it is actually resolved or not. Customer has to do followups which is very ridiculous.
