I have been charged for using family plan for * numbers and these charges are for Internet usage. wherein , I haven't done any extra usage. I have been charged extra **** for the month of July & *** rups exta for August bill. Today bill is ****. I am not happy with the charges and I need a refund and Apologie letter email to me. I am very dissatisfied with the service and I have call three times to the Customer support and was assured that the charges will be waived off but I have got the bill *nd time and I have already made payment for July bill of ****. Now Got another bill of **** for August and I need this issue to be solved. Kindly do the needful.
