Khambor Shadap filed complaint against Vi India on Sep 6, 2023
I have raised so many Complaints to the Company (VI) itself but it seems like they do not care about their own customer. I've been a Loyal customer for this company more than * years. The problem started on the month of June **** and till this date itself the issue has not been resolved. The problem is that they only provide *G network on my location, area , and it's not fair on this world of *G,and I've paid a good sum of money to it. Fact I have a One Year Plan on my registered VI number which cost about ****,and still I don't have *G.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
