Manzil Motor Gurgaon is pathetic in after sales service. The rep who you meet first for opening job card works as if it's non of his business and je us doing favour on customer. No hearing of issues and just intrested in putting g random work without even consulting you. And attitude which goes over the sky. (Manjeet in my case).
No update on what will be done. No update on timelines and you are just asked to wait in limbo. Pathetic. This is not customer service.
I am not coming back to this service center. This is my first and only service that happened here. No more Manzil services required.
