Royal Enfield 350 - Disgusting Service

Hi,

Myself is Manoj Yadav and recently I have booked a bullet from Odyssey Automobiles LLP Manesar.

Today I have submitted *.** Lacs for collecting the bike but agency demanded the extra money which is pertains to MIY optional things i.e. RSA and extent warrenty.

I have confirmed that I don't want these both things and I don't want the bike now I will purchase another bike for me.

Now, the people who is working there not able to send the booking amount which is INR. *.** Lacs and they told me that owner is not here and he will pay once he is in connection.

How can Royal Enfield take the money if they don't able to even doing nothing without the owner and why owner can accept the money if is not in Circle.


First time I have received such type of disgusting service from the Indian agency which is never expected at all

Please look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.
