Myself Mr Sukesh Neelaya Gujaran was an IDEA Service provider's Customer (Using a *** PLAN, No. being ***** *****). But from March ****. I had automatically been switched over to VODAFONE Service.

In the Month of April ****, I received several SMS's about some RED BOX benefit and all unwanted stuff. Later on, on **/*/** I may have, accidentally or out of Sheer curiosity, accessed the particular SMS link. On pondering, I didn't get the Idea of any benefit as such. Hence I Opted out of the Link.

Now I have received an SMS of a Bill amount of Rs. ****.**. On checking over the details of my Bill I find my PLAN has been forcefully (without my knowledge) changed to a *** PLAN. Bill details being (*** + **% G. S. T. = ****.**). (I had Rs. **.** Credit in my Bill Account)

On several tries to Complaint on the Issue at the Customer Care Number, the Executive is not able to resolve the issue saying I had myself Changed the Plan from my side and abruptly disconnects My Calls. I tried to explain that the *** PLAN was more than sufficient for me as I have been mostly using my alternate AIRTEL Number (**********) so there was no point and purpose in switching over to a *** PLAN. But to no avail.

The Customer Care Executive also informed me that if I try to switch over to the previous *** PLAN within a period of * months, then I will be charged with a One - time additional amount of Rs. ****/-, which is as good as Duping the Customers.

I am in possession of this number (***** *****) since the year **** (RELIANCE being the service provider at that time) but I have never been Fooled or Duped in such a manner in the Past Seventeen years.

Hence, I Kindly and Humbly request you to look into the matter as I'm not liable to pay the Excess amount for the Service provider's mistake of changing the Plan forcefully without prior intimation (Not even a single SMS)
