Hi Team,
I have ordered the product of Nike Quest * textured running shoes. It delivered on *th April however it is updated as delivery failed.
I raised complaint on **th April however since then it is still pending from customer service & escalation team to update the status.
Delivery person behaviour is very bad & pathetic, they don't know anything about the product resolution.
Customer service escalation team Abhishek & Imran don't have sufficient information and knowledge to handle customer.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
