Pooja Kumari filed complaint against Happy Easy Go on Jul 31, 2021
I had a flight today (**-**-****) at *:** am from Ranchi to Mumbai. When I reached the airport, I was not allowed to go inside the airport because the security said that this flight is not scheduled for today.
I was not notified earlier neither on my email nor on my number by the airline (Air Asia). When I checked with the airline they said that it was notified to Happy easy go because in the customer details in spite of sharing my email ID and phone number, the agency's contact information was shared.
Why Happy Easy Go didn't share my details with the airline? Why they didn't informed me earlier.
When I checked with HEG customer support, they are stating that they have shared my details with the airline. In all theses I don't know who is true and whos is fake. In all these a customer like me is suffering.
After multiple requests they cancelled my ticket and issued a refund of INR **** only (said that it will be processed in * working days) as mentioned by the Air Asia customer support team. But I paid a total amount of INR **** to the HEG.
After raising this complain to HEG, they said that they will refund whatever the airline is refunding except the convenience fee which is INR ***.
Why they well take convenience charge, as I have suffered inconvenience from their poor service.
These are only a cheap strategy of cheating customers.
I need a full refund of ****. Please Voxya team help me. I feel very helpless.
