Sangeeth filed complaint against IBIS fab on May 4, 2021
Ordered lenin saree and recived was poor quality different material saree. Returned back to them. Now they are not refunding the amount of Saree Rs. *** + courier charge which was sent back them Rs. ***. Total Rs.****. They aren't answering our calls nor replying to emails and responding to the whatsapp Customer support mentioned in their website https://ibisfab.com but no response. They informed to send product back post receiving no response .
