Pepperfry.com - Poor Quality Product Replacement Refused

I bought a Daiki King Size Bed With Box Storage by Mintwud for Rs **,*** on ** July, ****. Within two months of purchase the product has been damaged twice. Earlier I availed a repair option (** July,****) but it seems the product is of sub par quality. The product again dot damaged in August end. I have now asked for a replacement but the brand is declining it. I need either a replacement or a refund.
