I have been sold and refused help over a faulty product purchased on Myntra website. An HRX trouser, supposedly premium workout wear, tore off during a workout session, right in the middle of a session resulting in an embarrassing incident. The product is beyond use and failed within a month of purchase. Myntra is not even allowing to leave a review of the product on site.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
