I was book flight ticket with full refund option. The travel plan was changed due to covid **. So I want to cancel my ticket and get refund. In Veertrip web site and app does not provide cancel options to the customers and no one response call even message and email.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
