Air Asia - Poor Customer Service

I have a couple of incidents back to back with Air Asia.
#* We had to postpone our date of travel from Kochin to Singapore from Nov **nd to Nov **rd. As we have booked via *rd part AVA chatbot was not able to recognise our booking to facilitate the reschedule request : Loss **k
#* We booked * tickets again for **rd Nov **** post which we received a mail & SMS from Air Asia that our first flight is rescheduled which will cause us to miss the *nd flight. I tried reaching Air Asia customer service but no luck. Again AVA chatbot was not able to process our REFUND request. Later we decided to proceed with a different airlines as Air Asia is so unreliable: Loss **k
Note: we even tried reading Airport to consult with Air Asia support and was mentioned by point of contacts that their team will support domestic only and no support for international flights.
