I purchased my Poco X* mobile on ** Dec **** and started using it on *st Jan ****. Due to a software update, the front camera failed, and later the speaker failed. I called customer support but they are saying they don't have a proper solution and even did not get any information about these issues from the Management/ Head of the department. They asked me to go to the repair center and bear the charges. It costs around **,*** to repair and only with a *-month warranty. I'm not happy with the customer care reply and how they responded.
