Name : ABIRAMI T
I have made the down payment of Rs.***** on **-APR-**** through Gpay. I have attached all the proof for your reference with this mail.
They said total cost would be Rs.*****. As am not financially stable, I requested toothsi support team via email "customersupport@toothsi.in" to cancel my plan and asked to refund my down payment on **-APR-****.
Since i requested for refund, its been ** days completed. still they are not responding, always their support team telling smilebuddy team will call, but they are not giving any confirmation of my refund payment request whether initiated. they are telling always its in pending for approval. they are not giving escalation matrix and contact number also. seriously not able to understand why they are taking this much of time to initiate refund of payment Rs.***** after i requeted them properly.
Kindly please help me to get my refund payment Rs.*****. Its my hard earning money. please team, please help me.
