Hello Sir/Madam,
On Dec **th ****, team took scan and I have opted toothsi product through EMI option which will be starting from Feb ****. Since I'm not satisfied with the plan I raised the concern and I have cancelled the plan in *-* days after the payment. It's been more than **days still I didn't get the refund amount. since the amount is not refunded in bank, and I have also not used the service yet, still the bank is taking charges. I have been calling the customer support for a long time. But still the refund process is not completed yet. Kindly take immediate action as soon as possible and provide the refund amount and do the needful as earliest

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
