Plan upgraded *** to *** without mine consent and wrong billing issue
Moreover, since the issue was timely raised (*nd Apr) I need to understand why should i be paying for delays being calculated under pro-rate basis(**th Apr).
I have not received any clarification as how my plan changed in the first place.
There are contradictory statement from VIL side on How plan change was executed.
I have tried reaching to VIL higher management too but to no avail.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
