I had made advance payment for one year comprehensive AMC plan for my * ton AC on ** th March **** . An amount Rs ****.** was paid online. Inspection for this AC was done on ** th March ****.Since then I'm waiting for confirmation of starting of the plan or else refund.But despite atleast * calls to tele representatives and msg through application chats, nothing has happened.I shall be grateful if either plan is activated today or the amount paid is refunded without delay.
