I have ordered pizza yesterday at *.** pm. Till now I have not got my pizza. When called customer care they said we will arrange the callback. I got the call from the store saying that due to rain its got delay. I got * times messages stating that "Dear Customer, your piping hot pizzas are on their way get ready to drool! Pizza Hut"
*st message at *.** pm and *nd message at ** pm. Again I called back the store and asked for a refund. He said within ** hours you will get the money. I have not received any email from this company. Again today morning I called up customer care this issues they are saying we arrange to call back from the store. Till now i.e **.** pm I have not got called. Again I called them they said it will take * to * days for a refund. My point is when they say it * to * for refund why these people have not sent me a message or an email to me. When they can send the invoice infraction of seconds.
