Pizza Hut - Takeaway order given in 3 30 hours waited for all this time on new year s eve

I placed two orders at pizza hut store (noida sector **) stellar it at * ,store rep calls me and tells me to pickup the order in ** mins , still reach at *:** keeping their trend of late orders in mind, I have a party at * which I need to reach at any cost otherwise entry closes and this is new years eve, now reaching at *:** they tell me the order prepration has not been started yet,,okay no worries they need ** more mins , I have no problem,I go outside in the cold wait for ** mins just in case go there by *:** I see everyone that came in has their orders Zomato guys have orders and my order has not been started yet again.keep in mind there was no rush in the store just one table now I tell them I have to go please either refund it or give it asap as I am supposed to take the pizzas and don't have time to order one again I wait,I try to reach customer support have a long que and as my number comes my call drops and no new calls can be made now, okay now it is * I am still waiting and I am almost in tears as I will not longer be able to go to the party, now teh manager steps in comes at *:** to tell me to take the order I go in and she says order is wrong please wait for ** more minutes I am getting the right ready for you, I am so upset and angry at this point I tell them to please refund it as I cannot wait any longer, now that I have already waited so long hungry from all day no where to go for the new years I wait again ,I get the order at **:** and they still give incomplete order I asked again then they help me with the complete order and then the audacity of no guilt no shame and smiles that oh no it happens, I get complete shit order which is cold crust as hard as rock and I am standing in the middle of road at **:** a single girl alone in the streets of Noida extension drunk men driving here and there,I felt so uncomfortable and scared all because of this store Pizza hut Noida sector ** stellar It . I feel like crying I am sitting all alone at new years.Worst experience at pizza hut never ever ordering again,you guys ruined my childhood favourite restaurant and chain .
