I placed an order through Pizza Hut App on August **,****. ORDER id# ********. The Pizza store (Kammanahalli,HRBR Layout) denied service citing reason that they do not deliver to the area. I was told to place an order to nearest elements mall store which was cash on delivery. The order from elements mall store was delivered and I made a payment again towards the order. However, Earlier order was not cancelled and it shows Delivery was successful. Even after calling customer care multiple times,They say the restaurant will call you back but I never get a call. My refund is still not initiated. I want to give a complaint regarding the same through your platform.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
