This is lokeswar shiva kumar this mail is regarding complaint of my PHILIPS **Inch Led Tv *years old brought from tmc kukatpaly.i have given complaint to Philips customer care on Feb ** **** & the complaint no: HYD********** & Second Complaint no : HYD**********.Its almost *months getting irritated with philips service of my led tv no responses properly from top to lower management.Ihave called to customer care they have given mobile no of Vikas,Sachin Sharma & Head of philips bishor not responding my complaint not resolved till date.some time they communicate we will replace tv & some time they communicate they replace mainboard But not resolved anything.Kindly update asap or else iam going to case a file on Philips.
