- Pepperfry Wardrobe repair unresolved Open

bought a wardrobe (still under warranty till dec**) . i have spoken to pf customer care about *-* times regarding the same requesting for solution and fixing. as confirmed by their own carpenter who came to visit , the wardrobe was assembled wrongly in the very first place while delivery, due to which the drawer, hinges have broken over a period of * months. it is a very weak wardrobe, one bam with hand or leg and the whole thing will fall down. it was hard to judge the quality while buying on photos. im a victim of pathetic post-delivery service and this is just the first issue we are on. at first they sent someone to inspect at wrong/previous address of mine , which was updated by me in their record in the very first place to the customer service team and is on recorded calls. there is a major lag in between customer service and assembly and repairs team. nothing you ever discuss with customer care will ever be communicated to their action team. to add to this , the escalation team was very rude and impatient with me on call . this is how they talk “ im sorry to have tried to call you for your issue and trying to give u ** minutes of my time ! really ? as i’m so frustrated with them as to each time a new person will be on line and will give you some totally new information that is contradictory to their previous words. i am over that last iota of faith on what they say and whether they are at all interested to resolve my issue. this is a full waste of ***** rs i paid (after discounts ) for this weak silly jigsaw puzzle kind of wardrobe. they keep assuring me its under warranty and i will get full service but keep making me new procedures and complaints , nothing absolutely no action been taken. also are they really allowed to use that tone with customers on call ?

a dining table was ordered and has been finally delivered and assembled after unnecessary phone calls and wasting time taking off from work because of miscommunication and confusions by pepperfry team. the order says product is by hometown and assembly will be provided by seller and managed by pepperfry. is it the customers job to after successfully placing order and paying call pepperfry for what they should do on their own as a given?
the delivery date was a confusion - team called to say its on the way please stay at home. i cancelled going out and stayed home all day. the table was not delivered that particular day after getting a call from them . it was delivered two days later unannounced early in the morning. okay so it was delivered , so it should be updated in their system on its own instead of the customer calling them for assembly. the same story happened with assembly of the same which pepperfry did not manage. they made me call hometown to ask for assemble on their helpline number. this has been a terrible experience as hometown had no clue the item was delivered and said till the time its updated on the system of pepperfry they can’t send someone to assemble. team pepperfry just fools customers and tells them anything to just shoo them away ! at least with me . this is incredible ! their system did not receive a delivery update of a product even within ** hours in their system . and they had no clue. i wasted * days of my work time because of a case of pure tomfoolery by team pepper fry as to have no clue of what is happening after they take money from customers.

this order contains * products for which pf team again wasted my time, energy, phone calls and spoke rudely with a tone where in i simply asked in response to receiving a message from them about assemble guy coming on the way and not arriving.
a) metalic queen bed
b) shinzu queen bed
they simply lie to you saying it will be done , when the carpenters arrive to assemble they have totally different information and hardly ever a clue as to which product needs assembly and what is delivered. i had to follow up with the team so many times to get promised assembly . the system is so stupid, two executives told me * kinds of stories. one said delivery guy will update delivered and request for assembly. the other one said the opposite , a delivery guy is never authorised to send delivery request to team. which so called “help” guy to trust. i finally got my assembly work done by paying the first bed assembly from my side as they did not send anybody for assembly of bed no *. horrible! even the carpenters are always bothered and in a clueless state as to what random order messages they get and how customer service is operating without any ground.
seeing the case stories of above, i wish to hear out from someone at pepperfry who really cares about their service and reputation of the company and looks into the training manuals of what the customer service team tells customers and in what tone particularly.

i have wasted ** minutes of mine explaining things to you ! - (really is that a time waste for the executives or the customer who is calling you coz she is really in need of solutions?
shouting out to pepperfry! someone who cares - i will and want to proceed on other orders only if im in confidence that i will get seamless service and not be harassed like this ! this is a shame for a company like pf to have such ill-informed , irresponsible customer service executives as the face of the company , an ill-informed logistics , server system so slow to keep committing communication gap mistakes happening with regular customer accounts who buy almost everything from pepperfry!
very sad , i need to hear out to a voice who is willing to give a solution for the wardrobe (under warranty) service and an assurance to check mine and my family accounts in their records and assure good seamless service as promised on pf official website and on advertisements. i do not find any “relax and wait for things to happen “ as claimed by pepperfry.
as i shall to tolerate this bad handling of my account and also rude behaviour from the company where all i expect is product and service as promised against payment.
im also willing to escalate the matter all the way up till management and if needed on all voice out platforms till i get what i was promised.
