Pepper Fry - GST Denied by Pepper Fry on my Purchase

I have ordered and purchased a * seater sofa from pepper fry on *nd June ****
While preparing the invoice i was denied GST benefit as system was not taking the GST input due to bug at merchant web page/site
I was given the confirmation from pepper fry that the Input on GST would get processed from their back-end system and was asked to wait for confirmation from their end, till yet there is no confirmation from merchant end
I have purchased this sofa from pepper fry outlet based at Satra Plaza Palm beach road Vashi Navi Mumbai- ******
