I had ordered

Delivered status was updated to Delivered on **th July but I did not received both the products.
I had raised complaint for that on **st July.

But the service representative had called up today and said that delivered status can't be updated without OTP and further they cannot help. I also wrote email to customer support of Pepperfry but got the same reply as above.
I did not received any call, any OTP or any products. Please investigate in this matter soon. I need full refund for the undelivered products. I am now frustrated with this kind of service from Pepperfry. This was my first buy from Pepperfry but looks like this should be the last one too.
