I Ordered an Item on Paytm mall on ** sep **** with order number ********** which was showing to be delivered by **.**.****.
It was a birthday Gift for dated **.**.****.By **.**.**** i tried to call their customer care number ***-********.This number will keep you waiting for hours together even *-* hours but will not connect you to executive.Mobile Application does not allow you to write to customer care and will only give you suggestions.In such a scenerio customer has nothing in hand and can only bear the harassment.
By chance delhivery number got connected and they told that tracking number given to me has no meaning as item was not received by courier from Paytm itself.
I put complaint to paytm in application in other order ... and i got reply once after one day that they are trying for swift delivery and order is dispatched on **.**.**** when i ordered on **.**.**** before mine placing the order.After that i kept on writing but no reply received.As the item was of no use to me after **.**.**** , i had to cancel the order and now there is no update for refund.i am waiting for refund with no heed being paid by Paytm.I never faced such an insulting situation that paytm made me to face and i even did not expected such a pathetic customer care.
I had to rush to market at the last hours to purchase a new birthday gift.
I demand please refund my amount immediately and compensation for this agony caused because of them.
