Sir my dmi finance Account no DMI**********. Even if sufficient balance was maintained nach bounced and rs *** was levied as fine. I paid the emi and penalty amount on samsung finance app on *th nov using upi mode. My loan amount **** which I paid was updated on app but *** rs which I paid is not yet updated and still shows as penalty.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
