Hi Team,
I had a loan with DMI finance with Loan number DMI**********, for which all the EMI has been debited from my account. However the loan status is showing Payment overdue. The last EMI date was * May **** and on * May **** EMI had been debited from my bank account because * May **** was Sunday. PFA the bank statement where the auto debit is registered.
The outstanding amount during the last EMI was ****.** rupees. However as per the EMI mandate setup, my bank account was debited with **** rupees which was approximate *** rupees extra amount that has been paid.
I talked with the DMI customer care representative and they have agreed that my last EMI payment was not updated in the system and they had raised a service request for updating the same. The service request Id is SRN*********

Please check the service request and also the bank statement where you will find the last EMI debited from my bank account.
