Quikr.com - Payment not received

I had posted the ad for sale of double bed in Quikr app.Soon after posting the ad i received the message that a buyer has accepted the offer price & has deposited the agreed price in Quikr escrow account.As per Quikr policy the Quikr delivery team will collect the product from seller's house & deliver it to buyer's house with a nominal amount charged both from buyer & seller.The Quikr team after checking the product collected the double bed from my home & gave me a slip as a receipt of collection of product.Now here the fraudelent practice starts from Quikr side.As communicated the product was sold to Delhi local area it was expected that it'll be delivered to the buyer within *-* days & post the customer satisfaction the amount will be deposited to seller's account.But now after * days the product is still shown as delivery pending to the buyer.I have no idea & no buyer details as to who has purchased the product.The Quikr customer care team is not responding.There is no way you can contact the customer care.Each time you call customer care it is put to the IVR with the message that the relevant team will contact you which they never did.Only way you can contact is through mail in which i have several correspondences to which they have replied with their convenience withe message that the delivery date has been extended.So even after selling my product i don't have money that i have to get for my product nor my product
