Sumit Kumar Goyal filed complaint against Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd on Feb 11, 2020
During the week **th-**th January,**** we received ** orders via Swiggy out of which ** were delivered by us and the remaining ** orders were canceled by customer after the FOOD READY was clicked by us which means as per swiggy we will be getting payments for all the order cancelled by customer after the food ready had been done.
Now on **th January we received an email from Swiggy that ZERO CANCELLATION POLICY had been applied on us and going further no amount will be given to us if the order have been cancelled by customer which is totally wrong as we have no control or access to customer.
After that Swiggy is not giving us the payment for the cancelled orders which were before the policy had been applied on us.This total orders amount to Rs.*****.
Since then we are not getting response from them and they are just avoiding the real scenario.We need help for this at the earliest so that we can recover our amount.
