Axis Bank Credit Card
- Payment Issue and Incorrect Billing Closed
We have an axis bank credit card using which an transaction was converted to EMI for ** months. We are paying upfront more than the monthly bill of the statement. Even though the credit limit remains the same. Moreover we have not used credit card for last *-* months but unfortunately the bill is generated for some excess amount which we have not used. This is a humble request to Axis bank support team to look into the matter before we escalate the issue to National Consumer Helpline. Account No- ***************
