Axis Bank Credit Card - Fraud transaction and unproffestional way of action

there is countinuous Fraud transaction in my credit card then their credit card executive visited my House and threatend me by mentioning that you complain about us....and more......incident are their......After ^th month countinous follow up after i recieved email from PNO axis bank that they are working on it and apploise me. Now * year more no response and AXIS BANK SEnding their Employee without any prior Appointment and information to my HOME and harrashe me Mentally and socially.Which clearly visible from the way they came to my House and behind my Complain they threatened me indirectly as i am senior citizen, in my when my other family mmber asked him why you came without information then he shown me the attitude.....NOn NO i am taking to the customer,In my house he tried to created scences. BUT no work and fruitful action against the emplyee and regarding Payment,ITS me who always ASKED THEM WHERE I CAN DO THE PAYMENT,NO RESPONSE.this how Axis BANK Complianse rule to service the customer to know about customer details and then Harrashe them by forcefully reaching their residence without prior Appointment and information and force the customer to withdraw the complain or close it.
