On **th March i got my electricity bill from my biller and immediately i opened Airtel thanks app and paid my Electricity bill of rupees *** using UPI .I thought bill was paid as amount deducted and Airtel thanks app told payment successful but today after *month i got another bill of this month including arrear from last month which i already paid but biller showing payment not done,i approached Airtel thanks app helpine no but they told all customer care executives are busy and then they send a link to register a complaint and i filled it and after *hrs they closed that request saying that the transaction I'd i provided is not Airtel s so approach any other
